SMALLER POTTERY CLASSES DURING THE PANDEMIC
As we navigate the reopening of the studio, the schedule will include a Monday night make-up class from 5 - 8 pm.
All evening classes have resumed for the full 3 hour class as well as the Monday evening class being available for make up classes for the foreseeable future.
Due to the curfew, these will be from 5 - 8pm.
Morning classes will initially be consolidated into one class on a Tuesday morning for the full 3 hour class, with the Thursday morning class starting again in September. We'll keep you updated!
There will be a maximum of 8 students per class (3 people working outside, 3 people throwing OR doing handwork on the wheels and max 2 people glazing at any one time which will be on a first come first serve basis). This will ensure a safe and comfortable social distance. We ask that everyone is flexible and accommodating with the available work areas.
Masks must be worn at all times and please wash/sanitize your hands upon arriving.
For now, please bring your own beverages with you as we won't have the studio kitchen open.
"These past weeks of lockdown we have been missing you all terribly. Our lovely sunny mornings and wonderful evenings in the studio, full of laughter and friendship.
As a tribute to all of our current students, as well as a thank you for continuing to support us, I have taken this time on my wheel to make lots of porcelain tumblers..."
- Anne Rimbault
...There's a unique tumbler for each one of you when we return.
We look forward to sharing a drink together again, be it tea or wine. We all do both with style!
We hope that these will serve as a reminder that together we are always stronger and our little community is a very special space for us all.
We can't wait to see you all again, and have our time together to mull over life and solve all the world's problems, while making magic with clay.
With love, Anne
